Day 3 Bright Lights and Dim Sum

Started the day with a lazy morning, the result of not getting in to 3:30am!

The weather has turned and it’s raining, the locals just walk around with brolly up, the heat and humidity hasn’t changed, 30C and 95% humidity, good training for Japan.

We headed to BP International a rather fancy hotel owned by the Scouts of HK. We were looking for geocache the clues sent us to the 11th Floor, the Scout Shop and Scouting Museum. we found the cache and explored the museum.

We grabbed so lunch then off to Kowloon Park to pick up another Geocache but the rain just carried on so we headed back to the apartment.

A quick turnaround and back out to Victoria Harbour to gaze at the lighted skyscrapers and watch the nightly light and laser show.

Heading back we went 2 doors down to a really small restaurant no more than 14 covers serving Dim Sum, just 2 people one lady in the kitchen and one front. We chose from a menu hand written on the wall, Pork and Spring Onion Dim sum dolled by Beef in Noodle Soup, fantastic food and a great laugh with the two ladies who couldn’t speak English but took the opportunity to rip the piss out of our chopstick skills.
